To further communicate to current members and incentivize Service Representative cross-sell, an online quiz experience was created for internal use. The project educated MACU’s retirement benefits to the source: the credit union employees offering the services. Using engaging techniques and incentives for employees, this initiative helped gain 1,700 new account referrals within the first six weeks of being live.
