    RICG (formerly RI Communications Group) saw the need to move upstream and expand their service offerings to be more aligned with that of a full service marketing agency. The first steps were planning and implementing organizational change based on long term business objectives. Concurrently, the company needed to change their marketplace perception without giving up 20+ years of brand equity. RICG needed a new brand identity that represented such a bold move forward. The new identity and logo needed to be sleek, fresh and brave.
